Scripture says God can and is doing more than we can see, hear, think or imagine! Pray with me for God to shape our decisions, guide our every step, and give us the holy boldness to walk through the doors God opens for us!
All of the prayers, planning, and decisions for more than a decade lead us to this point of commitment. In 1999, when I walked neighborhoods and called complete strangers, it was not for me. It was for the Kingdom. In 2002, when we purchased 35 acres of land, it was not for ourselves but for something greater. When 124 people gathered in a field on June 5, 2005, and gave $51,164.24 in a single Sunday offering to start our current building, it was about more than this ordinary group of folks. It was about the extraordinary power of Jesus and His call to reach the world in His name!
The exciting thing about God-dreams is that they require faith in God and the action of the Holy Spirit to fulfill them. I encourage you to prayerfully fill out and bring your commitment card with you to worship on May 21 or 23. We will offer our commitments together in an act of worship, praise, and expectation. I look forward to what God will do through each of us...and through all of us.
